Consultative Design Service
This structured, two-stage service offers a comprehensive design plan tailored to your space, ideal for clients seeking a clear roadmap with expert guidance.

Stage 1: On-Site Meeting & Measure

• Room measurement to create a CAD floor plan

• Discussion of your design style, needs, and functional goals for the space

Stage 2: Design Package Delivery
Following the initial meeting, you'll receive a detailed design package that includes:

• CAD floor plan with furniture layout

• CAD floor plan with layout & measurements

• CAD elevations for guided wall installations (if needed)

• Design board showcasing all sourced furniture & furnishings

• Shopping list with a detailed budget sheet

Fee Structure:

• Design Phase: $5,000 per room (flat fee)

Full-Service Interior Design
Our most comprehensive offering, this service is ideal for clients seeking a complete design experience — from concept to completion. We specialize in creating bespoke, high-end spaces that harmoniously blend form and function, tailored to perfectly reflect our clients’ aesthetic vision and practical needs

Additional Capabilities:

• Renovation planning, interior architectural design

• Custom design (e.g., millwork, furniture, refinishing)

• Fixed material selections (e.g., hardware, stone or tile, flooring, doors)

• Project management / main point of contact for all direct trades involved

Process Overview:

Phase 1: Design Phase

• On-Site Meeting & Measure: Measure all spaces to be designed and discuss aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and project goals

• Design Development: Creation of CAD floor plans, updated layouts (if applicable), and sourcing of materials, furniture, and furnishings

• Design Presentation: Showcase of floor plans, design boards, and as many material, fabric, and finish samples as possible

• Includes one round of revisions; additional revisions are billed hourly

Phase 2: Implementation Phase

• Purchasing, Coordination of Delivery & Installations: Upon design approval, we handle all purchasing on your behalf, passing along our trade pricing directly — a unique benefit that sets us apart. We also coordinate delivery and installation of all items.

• Site Visits & Quality Checks: We conduct site visits and quality checks to ensure the design is executed as planned and that all trades are adhering to the approved design.

• Final Walkthrough: A final walkthrough ensures every detail is completed to your satisfaction.

Fee Structure:

• Design Phase: starting at $10,000 per room (flat fee)

• Implementation Phase: $275 per hour
